OUR IDEA OF AGRICOLTURE TURISM
At Fondo Brugarolo we offer a cuisine that is rooted in Milanese and Lombard tradition but with careful attention to contemporary practices. In our kitchen we respect the seasonality of products with particular attention to the choice of raw materials coming from our lands . The vegetables, especially in summer, are grown in our garden and the herbs produced in our greenhouses are the basis of all our dishes and are grown according to the principles of organic farming.
The menus vary according to the availability of raw materials. Vegetables, fruit and meat are mostly grown or reared within our land, respecting nature in all its forms. The fixed price menu is presented and circulated weekly by the kitchen and is the result of a careful research that takes into account the availability and natural seasonal matchings.
