In 1987, Colombi founded the floriculture company and devoted entirely to the development of plants with 20,000 meters of greenhouses and an extensive nursery for direct sale. At the end of the nineties, after several studies, consideration was given to the possibility of converting part of the spaces devoted to the nursery for agritourism for visitors from the city, in the vicinity of Milan, Monza and Bergamo. After years of work in 2008, the old stable was restructured and used as accommodation and rooms, following the archetype of the typical Brianza residence. The research proceeds tightly until the identification of the officinal plants as a strategic one for the realization of a dream that will come to fruition later with the creation of a COSMETIC LINE derived directly from the essential oils extracted from our plants bred with natural methods without the use Of pesticides. To further enrich the wellness experience and services offered in 2012, FB nature & Spa, a modern wellness center conceived after the careful study of the contemporary concept of the deer through the WATER (salus per aquam) was born in 2012. Two levels devoted entirely to RELAX and the care of aesthetic specialists and PHYSIOMASSOTERAPIC practices.
Agritourism is the set of activities aimed at the recovery of rural areas, following an approach targeted to environmental protection and conservation of the agri-environment system. These actions coupled with the enhancement of the system itself ultimately generate development .
Environment as a combination of several factors: natural , anthropological , economic, social , cultural,
historical, architectural and infrastructural, which are all assets to be preserved and passed on .
Sustainable tourism is the target to follow in order to consolidate and increase over time the ability of companies to grow while at the same time adopting an agricultural and environmental policy that can maintain agricultural systems and preserve natural heritage. This can be achieved through the implementation of methods for usage of the land which are compatible with the protection and
improvement of the environment and do not jeopardize its ability to regenerate or affect its landscape, its natural features and its biodiversity.
We firmly believe that it is necessary to pay more attention to what we eat, how and in what quantity. We are looking for natural production methods both for raw material and tableware. We adhere to the philosophy of “from farm to table” trying to design healthy dishes without compromise. The substance for us is becoming more and more important to appearance, we are challenging every day to improve and learn from our mistakes.
